Basically the plot is that Yuzuki gets into a prestigious Catholic girls school and steals a pair of panties, she thinks she has got away with but on the day of the entrance ceremony she is chloroformed by her classmates and wakes up to find her classmate Maika roped to the ceiling and being whipped while she watches. Then she discovers that her theft did not go unnoticed after all, and the club has had their eye on her from the beginning. Thus begins her membership of the torture club..
From them on its basically a lot of rather sexy scenes of club members being punished in various ways and in varying states of undress, there are a lot of homages to the original manga that I noticed including the question on the entrance exam that brought her to the clubs attention, punishment methods, relationships between the girls, the iron maiden with rubber spikes etc so I would recommend reading the manga first as the film will make a lot more sense with that background information.
Overall I found it quite enjoyable although the plot gets a bit darker towards the end, the scenes with the wooden horse and judas cradle were particularly well done although the scene with the candle wax did make me wince a bit!
