The reason for the title has to do with sophomoric responses to Jerry's girlfriends navel. The whole gang uses this long hello thing that they think is funny. He has to decide whether saying these stupid things is worth driving this girl away. They all agree that stupidity trumps everything. Kramer gets a personal assistant who is doing an internship from NYU. He has started a corporation called Kramerica. Elaine is off and on again with that lunkhead boyfriend, Puddy. George is trying to get paid for not working after his boss spotted him throwing a 200 pound scooter. These things are funny but not choice.
