This had a man driving a car whilst he was on fire. It was worth sitting through the boring and stupid story to see this amazing action at the end of the movie. The voodoo junk was really odd and felt totally misplaced. It seemed like we were waiting for ages to see the maniac cop do some real damage and it was worth it in the end. This is most definitely trashy and I think that trashy can be fun - especially here. It is a guilty pleasure of mine because it is so cheesy and relentless in staying in the same world. There's something great about these b-movies from this time with all practical effects and totally free from a political message.
