This isn't a great episode, but it is nicely twisty. The ending is satisfying to me because I tend to like the eps with unambiguous bad guys.
I can't say I love the way Olivia is portrayed in a lot of the later eps, but my biggest issue here is her pushing the woman not to get an abortion. I kind of wish this writer had watched the early season ep in which Olivia said she would absolutely abort a child conceived through rape. Yes, people change, but Olivia applying subtle pressure to a deeply distraught woman to "really think about what she's doing" before she gets an abortion is a change I really dislike.
