This woman is so wealthy and powerful she has a doofus co-conspirator, and travels anywhere with no security backup of any kind? And she's able to hire a hitman through contacts and intermediaries, and scrub his US Naval record and personnel file... ...All that and yet even though she negotiates billion dollar deals on a regular basis, she flinches and panics at the first sign of any kind of law enforcement or investigation?
That storyline is completely rushed and resolved in about 1/2 an episode.
Meanwhile, Gibbs gets bloated goodbye scenes with everyone, and touchy-feely hugs from everyone but Director Vance. This emotional diarrhea goes on for way too long. Yes, he's a major character (arguably THE main Character), and he's been the anchor for the show for 18+ years, but this is not what I watch NCIS for.
Can we please get back to investigating crimes involving military personnel?
