It's appropriate and sexy to see Ginger eliminating all of the President's bullets. It was frightening revealing in the dream sequence that Gilligan is to be nothing but a 'puppet ' complete with strings.
As El Presidente was going back to his country, the boat had three passengers. They had enough room for one more passenger, like professor, so that he is able to contact the authorities to come rescue the castaways in the island.
