This is the story of a 400 yrs old ancient spirit inculcating in the realm of ballavpur. Bhupati, the present king of ballavpur is subdued by a huge debt. Hence, selling his palatial mansion seemed the only resolution for him. But, his fate seemed to betray a bit when the ghost of his ancestor raghupati, who is bhupati's exact lookalike, appears & recites kalidas's 'meghdut'. Chanda, the daughter of the interested buyer mistakes raghu for bhupati & makes advances towards him. All these incidents lead to a great confusion. But, above all lies the story retold over centuries. The story of the fate of raghu & the way for his salvation. Will it be possible? Or, whether bhupati will be successful in finalising the deal.
