If you're a fan of the series it's an ok episode. Although if you've read One Shot by Lee Child there's a few very familiar plot similarities. I felt that the script writer used aspects of the book, I might be wrong.
There a few goofs and you'd need to overlook these just make the episode work. Get over the using a pistol for long range shots. There's a bit of a plot hole of you know anything about shooting.
