The story involves Elaine's frenetic dance moves which she exhibits at a party for her employees. They lose all respect for her and she becomes the butt of a ton of jokes. Meanwhile George meets a pretty blonde woman at the party and because she thinks he's bad news, she's attracted to him. Things get nuts from there. He oversells his bad boy image. Elaine spends much of the time trying to find out why the employees are so cold to her. She blames George, not herself, but the chickens eventually come home to roost. She decides to tell the truth about George and break the new couple up. There is a great ending scene.
