There aren't many movies about college students, and few good ones at that. Luckily this is one of them. And definitely one of the original romantic movies I've seen. The actors are talented, likeable. Their performance natural, smooth, seamless. There's no unnecessary melodramas or manufactured twists and turns. All realistic, not unlike ordinary life yet has enough tension to hold the audience.
I like it when the director, the screenplay, or the cast doesn't take themselves too seriously. It's a virtue hardly helps push a career fast in the entertainment industry. Good luck competing with those whose means of summoning a crowd speak louder than your pure talent.
