If you haven't been around or been a refugee yourself, you cannot understand the context or the message of this movie. The movie depictures the despair, loneliness and the feeling of never fitting in to a new country and its society. The feeling of never being accepted, which is a very real feeling with refugees coming here from middle east and how some swedes have faced them.
I love the naturescenes filmed by a drone and the rawness of the picture as a unity, but especially in the scene where Munir tells Moa about this traumatic experience of losing his family. Adel probably used his own experience in a way for this scene and he does it good. This scene also gets to me in a personal way because I have experienced this scene but in real life.
