Warning: Spoilers
This made for tv movie rips off Groundhog Day unashamedly, but Groundhog Day remains the superior film and a more effective, memorable romcom, even after all these years.

I found the film to be mildly entertaining, but lacking in originality, typical of the Netflix era "content" production. The first few time loops where the premise is explained seemed to drag, and I was waiting for the film to catch up with me rather than the other way around.

The leads lack chemistry somewhat and there's a fair bit of melodrama. There are some funny set pieces, but the romance was badly written, in contrast to the original film and was the the reason that I decided I had had enough of this clone at the halfway mark and switched it off, since it had all become very predictable.
