It's refreshing to see a genuine film not a big budget Hollywood cookie cutter film that lacks spirit. Well, this film has that Christmas spirit. The legendary multi Emmy Award winning Ed Asner takes the helm as Santa along with his charismatic ingenue side kick Elf Snowflake played by Yvette Rachelle with a sweet cuteness that made you overlook some lacking big budget special effects of the film. The Dad was silly and the little girl a bit goofy but it-all seamlessly worked. Eric Roberts has a cameo too. This film talks about global warming but its a sad reality today we all face so haters just fix the planet instead of complaining about global warming... I would like to give these producer a big budget and see them make a sequel. If you are a dog lover this film is for you. If you love Elves & Santa this film is really for you. And if you love Christmas this film is especially for you. The film has heart and will make you laugh or sing along to Dolly Parton songs. Its one of my go to Holiday films now!
