The episode seems to teach a moral about playing with spiders. It was even banned in Australia because of this. Of course, even though deadly spiders are rarely encountered, many are unfriendly and will bite you if they think they're being threatened. Peppa and George also hold the spider in their own hands. Creators: Um, let's make a sequel! Clearly Australia really liked it when we did the previous episode.
Unbelievable. There's even a YouTuber called PhantomStrider and he made a video called "Top 6 Worst Peppa Pig Episodes". He described the episode like this: "Sorry Peppa, you've done some dumb stuff, but you're not getting off this one. I know this show is meant to be brainless enough to be processable by the gnat on the ceiling, but this is the most thick-headed , irresponsible message the writers have sent so far. I consider Mister Skinnylegs the most dangerous, stupid, terrible episode of Peppa Pig of them all."
