Being promoted as an intense and poetic love story, it's neither intense nor poetic. What's worse, it's not even a love story. The plot progresses on predictable lines. The script doesn't give any depth to the characters and in trying to be artsy almost all the actors end up underperforming. Saiyami Kher is the biggest disappointment. After fabulous performance in "Choked" we almost expect her to be outstanding. Unfortunately her idea of the portrayal of feeling love is being moony eyed with a expressionless smile on her face. Pavail Gulati as the male protagonist looks the most sincere in the entire cast. The director fails to create any shock or even empathy with his attempts to depict poverty and squalor. The main characters do not have any chemistry at all.
