Please know that English is not my native language, and I may make some confusing mistakes.

The scriptwriter makes a serious mistake, in this episode and season 8 few episodes.

Cristina Yang had an ectopic pregnancy in seasons 1-2. She had surgery to remove of the fallopian tube one side. Her medical history increases the risk of ectopic pregnancy relapse. That issue hasn't been taken into account in this story. If writers want to say that Owen is a radical pro-life, it's been successful.

I think Cristina was careful about birth control for her health and her career, and her past incidents should have strengthened her thinking. I don't understand, why her pregnant. I found out. Season 14-15 episodes show Owen doesn't use birth control frequently. Owen is a not good person.

He was a priority to sexual pleasure and selfish dreams more than Cristina's health and life.

However, writers probably didn't think anything. If the writers did not intend to make him such a terrible person, then the whole Owen story broke down is the fault of the writers.

If Owen happened to find out about Cristina's medical history and deep-seated differences of opinion, I think their marriage broke up.

What the writer should have written is Cristina's story with a history of ectopic pregnancies. I knew from the descriptions so far that she would never want children in the future.

Factors that particularly increase risk of ectopic pregnancy include * Prior ectopic pregnancy * Prior abdominal or pelvic surgery, particularly tubal surgery, including tubal ligation * Tubal abnormalities * Current intrauterine device (IUD) use * In vitro fertilization in current pregnanc"
