In slow, cheap & simple 1974-based Brit spy drama "Legacy" new MI6 agent Charlie Cox is assigned to turn old Oxford chum now KGB spook Andrew Scott (dreadul accent - worst performance of his otherwise terrific career). Complicating matters are Cox's recently deceased father's possible role as a spy for the Soviets and a current Russkie plot to attack British nuclear power plants (sadly topical). The likes of Simon Russell Beale, Christian McKay, Richard McGabe, Geraldine James & Romola Garai offer solid support but Paula Milne's writing & Pete Travis' direction never inject any tension. Bland mediocre fare that's better left in 2013 when it was made.
