A fantasy tale with the central theme being the power of love.
Not really a fan of Nicolas Cage, actually I guess I am kind of neutral about him as an actor. However, in this film, I found his character evolution quite charming, and certainly kept my interest throughout.
Even though this is a fantasy, it got me to thinking about how my first love left me to pursue a different life than he had with me. Wouldn't it be awesome to be given a chance to see what could have been, realize the mistake you made, which is....never let true love slip through your hands, and go get it back!
I loved this movie, and if you ever made the mistake of letting the right one go, this may get you to thinking about that as well.
