Typically, I dislike films from India. Particularly due to the cultural disparities between the west and the east. However, this film was unique. The first half of the film featured many Indian film elements that made me feel the contrast between Hollywood films and bollywood films - I believe this is where the film originated. Except for the humorous segments, which I anticipated from a self-described comedy film, the film was uninspiring... until the second act began. This last segment offered the necessary intensity to complete the film: it depicted genuine human difficulties. Such a nice direction.
