What's Up: Balloon To The Rescue is a rip-off in UP and worst movie on Video Brinquedo movie , also they have bad dialogue and poor/bad script and very poor animation, this totally rip-off UP by Disney Pixar, So I give 1 star or 0 star because this movie is sucks, not only rip off UP by Pixar, Because Video Brinquedo Company is very sucks and all movie has worst than other worst movie, So this is why I hate all Video Brinquedo movie, because they are really have poor grammar and bad script even bad animations too, so this movie needs not exist anymore, it because those kind of movie is rip off.
