The annoying and incongruous music is almost a deal breaker this season, and it's getting progressively worse at the point of this episode. The story is advanced by fits and starts, and the characters seem unable to finish their sentences, at least the innocuous characters: the brothers, Sy, and the cops. The villains don't have that problem.
I can't see how the urine and vomit advances the story. Sy being forced to drink Varga's urine is disgusting and pointless. So far, this season isn't at all enjoyable, unlike the the first two seasons. Emmett and his brother Ray are unlikable guys, and seem to have very low IQs. Sy is nearly as bad. That leaves the cops: Gloria and Winnie and Gloria's son as the only likable characters, since Gloria's fellow deputy is an idiot, though somewhat innocuous. Gloria's new boss is insufferable, though well played by Shea Whigham.
