So this was another decent episode and a surprise given the haltering nature of the show that comes naturally these days. There's plenty going on and the return of fan favourite Negan is a big asset too. However, for me, the big draw is the set-piece interview with Michael Biehn's community leader. I wasn't expecting it to be so filled with suspense. Biehn's appearance has changed quite drastically in recent years and he certainly plays an imposing role here. The tension in this sequence reminded me of the classic bar scene between Rick and the thugs in season two of the show, still one of my favourite moments in the whole series.
