Something about this show was so infectious from the beginning, it has original comedic elements all its own and still reminds you of old sitcoms, I can't help but feel the heartwarming elements remind me of what you might see in "The Bear" or "Full House"... Even the dry humor feels refreshing of its show predecessors "King Of The Hill" among others that carried the torch for shows like this to exist. The show feels very authentic to the location its set in, South Central Los Angeles as well as the gangster lifestyle and cuban ethnicity.. We get a look into those worlds while also not divulging from a show everyone can feel at its core, even if its not overtly relatable. The twists in the show are very well done because you never see it coming from 10 miles away. I think its cool too that this is mostly a debut for most of those involved in this show, and it surely is impressive to see the talent displayed here. I really hope there is a season 2 because I haven't finished a season of a show this quick in quite some time. Episode 9 was my favorite because of that line Luis said at the end about "Million Dollar Baby" lmfao, comedic gold. The birthday episode for Julio was very good and relatable though, I guess just don't date girls who dye their hair often and wear septum rings lol.
