Marks pulls Leslie out of the meeting to deliver the bad news - the library has filed for lot 48. They want to build a branch where they plan on building the park. Leslie goes over to the library to meet Tammy. Tammy mentions her $3 late fee and Leslie is about to storm off when Tammy stops her. She becomes this super nice lady and says that they are government gals. Lol. Leslie brings Tammy to the Parks office to get Ron and Tammy to go for a coffee. Ron and Tammy fight then they end up making out. They rush to a motel where their clothes aren't even fully done up and Ron's pants are falling. Ron does everything for Tammy to keep having sex with her. He loves her touch. Meanwhile, Andy is still obsessed with Ann and has her photos above the shoeshine business. Ann comes by where Mark and Andy are talking. She demands Andy to pull down the photos - especially the bikini one.
