Sher Bagga (2022)

Poor writing and the casual treatment of the subject, never let's you care for the two main leads. The innocent Dilsher (Ammy Virk), obviously from the village, solely lives his life as taught by his grandmother meets Gulab (Sonam Bajwa), a dominating girl from London, someone whom Dilsher's family fears of taking over him. Dilsher fulfills a favor for Gulab and in return he will ask for the same from her. Both have failed relationships (if you can call them as one), which pushes them to be there for each other. An intimate night leads to pregnancy but Gulab is already engaged to someone else. How the two realise they are meant for each other forms rest of the story.

Like I complained above, the weak writing and the casual treatment totally misfires in making this story which only drags a single plot point to thr extreme, any more entertaining. The innocent dumb act by Ammy Virk gets all too tiring and there isn't much to root for Sonam's character as well. With the jokes falling flat and the chemistry between the lead barely existing, it just ends up as a tedious watch.
