Like every show, this show doctors reaction shots to mislead the viewer into thinking that people's reactions are not what they really are. Seeking Sister Wife took it a step further with S4E7 with total lies. Previews show Arielle on the beach asking Sidian how he feels about how it's going and they edit his response showing him responding that it felt awkward--and she agrees. However, when you watch the episode he says that he feels great about it, and so does she. They cut and paste his response like a crooked cop fooling with an interview tape to get a conviction.
