The first part of the episode is a bit slow but it improves a lot in the second. The Clockmaker disguises himself as a pop artist to enter an art gallery and seize a valuable painting, Batman and Robin follow his trail but are trapped in a gigantic hourglass from which they finally escape in a very ingenious way. Later they must frustrate a new plan of the villain that consists of stealing an atomic clock, which will be transferred by helicopter from the roof of a building near where a moving figure clock is located.
