I don't know why this movie has low IMDB rating.
I think everyone have their own preferences, therefore I enjoyed this movie a lot. So i will start my review
Positive :-
First, the ACTING done by each actor and actresses was fabulous especially of Margot robbie as Harley quinn.
Second, the FIGHTING SCENES of the movie is too good. DCEU is improved in this field, because earlier movies of dceu don't have good fighting scenes specially hand to hand combats.
Third, HARLEY QUINN is the lifeline of this movie. I loved her Psycho character and her madness. Only because of her, this movie becomes entertaining. And the actresses margot robbie performed amazingly as harley quinn.
Fourth, the movie has some COMEDY SCENES, but only few of them have potential to make you laugh. So the comedy part of the movie is average.
Fifth, the STORY of the movie is basic and entertaining. Unlike other superhero movies of saving the world, this movie deals with child kidnapping. For that reason i liked the story, because it is slightly different from other superhero movies, but the aim of kidnapping child is also related to world capturing. So i can't say that this story is completely different from other dceu movie. The story also have so many flaws in itself. Therefore, i my opinion, i will recommend you this movie, only for entertainment without using your brain in some scenes and taste something different from the DCEU.
Negative :-
First, there are so many ILLOGICAL scenes in the movie, specially in action scenes. I am not a action lover, but still it annoys me little bit.
Second, the purpose of the movie is to establish a new team of DC characters in its universe. But i don't feel like that i am watching a team movie, because this movie focuses so much on Harley quinn only. I seems like it is the movie based on harley story & if it is real, then why they name the title as "birdS".
Third, as i said, the movie doesn't focuses on other characters. In result, when Canary uses her power of hypervoice, it irritates me, because story doesn't create any base for her superpower. And if any character suddenly comes with a unique superpower, it will become irritating and ambiguous.
Fourth, i found VILLIAN of the story so interesting in the first half, but later they ruined. After about 30-40 minutes of story plotting for villian, i think that ending will be so grand. But in real, the villian was killed so easily. I don't expect this type of climax in the movie.
