Warning: Spoilers
1. Marty deals with the cartel 2. Cops are on Ruth 3. Wendy is getting screwed over.

We get a fresh perspective at how Ben handled his execution, which was heartbreaking. Not sure what the intent exactly was but Ben is STILL a large "plot device" onto season 4. I don't believe that Nelson actually delivered Ben's request to Wendy about him being sorry about the consequences about his action. This would have changed many courses of outcomes I feel like as Wendy spends a whole season struggling with guilt. Perhaps another intent was to showcase the vile side of Wendy one more time.

It's a little surprising that Omar would trust Marty to be like him. We understand that he trusts him but it's an entirely different thing to be a rep for the cartel. Marty puts his tough guy suit and executes a man. I don't think Arturo ordered the hit but you would be killed for screwing with the books anyways. It gave Marty a perfect opportunity to establish control and power. I think him being in Mexico was portrayed well. The priest definitely gives off a shady vibe the whole time and the wife seems suspicious too. Perhaps they are both working against Omar.

Wendy is being pushed to her last straw because all her eggs depend on the foundation basket. And people are continuously making her attempts miserable.

Solid episode once again. Drama ensues.

One comment: the guard doing literally nothing to intervene the stabbing or try to save Omar is just... way too fictional. There was a guard literally 2 feet away.
