I wasn't sure what to expect with this film, but it really drew me in after the first 5 minutes...... I thought I was just going to see one of those 'Hollywood' war films of the time (1945).... but it was far from that. It took me back to my experiences with the waiting and the sounds driving your thinking and the banter between the guys...... This film is well worth watching!
