I give this episode 10-stars because it is everything there is to love about The Commish!
This 2-parter deals with a rather unpleasant topic, underage girls in the porn industry, but at the same time the episode contains lots of great humor in classic Commish style; one reason I like this show so much, it's heavy and light in the right proportions.
While the end left me kind of sad due to character development, it also left me hopeful because when one thing ends something new begins, which is common in the world of Eastbridge and life in general.
