I've also watched My 600 lb Life and 1000 lb Sisters and similar shows. This is my favorite and better than both of those shows. The four women are all very likeable. They are at times very insightful about their issues, and while they struggle and are not always successful, they seem more emotionally mature than the Slatons or the people on My 600 lb Life. They are great models for what fat positivity should be. They work towards self-love and living full lives while also working towards improving their bodies.
