First off, Roger IS NEITHER A DESIGNER NOR A DECORATOR!! At best, he "might" be a stager. It really irritates me when he paints brick or over wallpaper. He sprouts off stuff that is just not true. Dark colors DO make a room seem smaller despite what Roger says. So much of what he does seems unethical. Place a rug over dirty, stained carpet. Paint over dirty wallpaper. He isn't even that good a stager. Take a metal trash can and turn it into a table. He picks garish paint colors for walls. And I could go on! The worst was last night the homeowner had a large mirror over the bathroom vanity. He took a small, framed mirror and glued it to the center of the large mirror!!!???

Most of these homes just need to be decluttered and cleaned.
