Pretty brilliant episode. I love these long shots between characters. We had a plenty of great ones in this episode, Jon and the Wildling, Cersei and Sansa, Tywin and Arya. All of those moments give the audience a depth into the character that short brief moments or non conversational scenes can't give.
The final scene was crazy. I don't think it's Bran and Rickon who died - most likely the two orphan boys who were killed just to show power. Theon will definitely be killed if he continues on this reckless power-hungry path.
Respect to Jon my man who has not busted a nut after being edged and tempted. I do imagine that it's a little too cold to have intercourse.
