I liked the story barring the unnecessary turn into a crime story. I think they put sufficient time in building characters which was great but then in last 30 minute of the story, these characters just jump out of character to ensure it becomes crime thriller. For eg - Deepika Padukone's character becomes unnecessarily needy, Siddhant's unnecessarily bipolar (sacrificing for love to sacrificing life). I loved how this movie portray complex situations and emotions - from suicide, depression, PTSD, domestic violence, affairs (doesn't portray the person as an extremely wrong vamp person with Kamolika vibes), relationship issues (romantic, familial). Would have loved this movie to be directed better and better story end.
