In this case, because of the documentary, the episode rehashed old details and storylines that would be new and interesting to the viewers of the documentary, but were old news to regular viewers of the series.
Also, the banter between Booth and Bones, which was endearing at the beginning of the show, by now has become as annoying as the "voice" of the teacher in Charlie Brown cartoons.
I agree with the reviewer who said he fast forwarded to the end.
