Fantozzi does not play his best role in this movie even if he turns out to be very good. This time it is medical science that can be around from the actor, in particular the medical profession where knowledge and connections count more than actual skills. A complete fool will be able to climb the hierarchy of power with boldness, arrogance and little preparation.
