These videos are digitally created by Pelant, the loser jerk who can hack into the FBI and the Jeffersonian. Pelant also checks up on Brennan and Booth by hacking their clock radio, cable TV, internet, etc. So Pelant is basically a god who has control over the FBI, Jeffersonian, and anyone else.
