The judge, despite a single day of deliberations and no decision, has decided there's no likelihood of a judgement. Wheatly's son has been instructed to not cooperate while isolated in custody (an environment where likely only law enforcement is present), Wheatley full on threatens the DA in front the the jury yet gets off.
