The kids are dopier and just as dumb as the kids from Outer Banks but not as attractive. It starts out as being about football and devolves into a story about teenage romance gone bad. You have to fast forward through the contrived melodrama of teen love. Rush is an unlikable football coach that despite his used car salesman persona, gets results. The real sleaze bag is the trailer park version of Buddy Garrity from Friday Night Lights, Stump or Nubby, some old guy with a missing arm that turns out to be the ultimate dirt bag of the series.
