Did Elvira, Mistress of the Dark come out as a vampire in this?!

Warning: Spoilers
Not as good as it could have been, and I personally could have done without some of the political digs, but this was still cute. It failed to capture the magic of the movie though, not because of the technical limitations as much as the out-of-character way the sisters were acting, as well as the forgetful writing, that ignored certain truths about the characters- like for example, that at the end of "Hocus Pocus" Binks was set free from being a cat and joined his sister in the afterlife. Why then, was Binks shown here as still a cat?!

This felt a might inauthentic, but I understand that it was a satire and not meant to be serious- even in the comical sense. So, if one just forgets the movie and takes this for its own thing, it was good.

For me, Meryl Streep, Glenn Close, and Elvira were the best things about it. I just LOVED Elvira as hostess here! It felt like an actual documentary she would make, haha! Perfect hostess!

Side-note: I think Elvira: Mistress of the Dark" came out as a vampire in this special! Seriously, she said something about being a vampire- and that makes sense to me, because before I learned her character was a witch, I actually thought she was a vampire! So, this changes a lot of things!
