This is absolutely one of the best War movies of all time. You know they directed and acted so well that in some parts of film you feel like you can sense the miserable situation of sleep rough soldiers so disappointed of life trying to stay alive another day!
The Best actor of the film as far as i concern is surely Nagamatsu (Mickey Curtis) who was first a shy and timid trying to survive by sticking to Yasuda (the old wicked man) , but then after days of killing people and eating them becomes a rough and smarter person .
