We are introduced to a new detective, Hatcher, who is a flashy know it all. We can probably be patient with him, but it appears after a while, no one can stand him, and he gets transferred. Gibson is the Captain now and is just filling up space. He brings with him a parrot which squawks and squawks and is driving everyone nuts. There is a sad case of a couple kids, an 18 year old and a 15 year old, who hatch a suicide pact after she gets pregnant. She does her thing but he runs.
