I was glad that it didn't hold back on what really happened to people that day. Things we surmised, but didn't really know. My husband is a retired firefighter from Wisconsin, it is difficult to watch, but so necessary to remember. The documentary is well-done. Our only criticism, not enough time is spent talking about the Pentagon. We had a friend in the Pentagon that day. Those people have stories to tell also.
