This series is absolutely brilliant. Very candid and the ways it's let's the subjects expose their stories and vulnerabilities are incredible. Everyone in these episodes is stronger than most people alive. I highly recommended whether you want to explore more if your self to identify with others or if you want to learn further to help others. I wish society could act more like this series. 10/10.
