Why is it that when a series becomes popular with the ordinary general public, any subsequent series have to be populated by a special group of odd people and the whole thing made to generate as many squeals or laughs as possible ?
Just like GBBake Off this pottery series too has plumbed the depths in specifically selecting a vast majority of non members of the general public and certainly not reflecting its make up.
The same supposedly chatty host, thinking both that they are amusing and that that is the main purpose of the series.
What used to be one of the very few series that actually promoted practical art, has now , I suppose chasing advertising revenue has become just a version of Google box with mud. Heaven help us. Me after two seasons, I switched off, never to watch again.
