Not bad... for a human.

Warning: Spoilers
This is how you do it, Flash writers room! This is how you execute on things you've set up! Legends continues to be the Arrowverse's best show by default, due in no small part because they can't really connect with the larger Arrowverse. I can't express enough how much I LOVE Legends of Tomorrow! This show always seems to calm me down after a long day of stress, due in no small part to the fact that I can use it to simply turn my brain off! Legends knows exactly what it is, and it's able to take advantage of its ridiculousness so well. It actually makes me so happy to see this show back.

Spooner is a fun new edition, and Lisseth Chavez seems to be a very over the top actress, which is just perfect for this show. She easily fits in with the rest of the team. It's cool seeing her little mannerisms, like her accent, and her use of tin foil in her hat.

Gary being an alien is a bit of a retcon, but it's one I can at least enjoy. I don't really have much of a comment on it except for that though. Though I did enjoy that little nod to Clark Kent with the glasses. Nobody recognizes that Gary's actually an alien because he's wearing a pair of glasses. It's very much a wink and a nod to DC fans, and looking back on it, it makes me smile.

The Ava clipboard scene was great. Nice bit of levity in an episode that was very story based.

The Alien cgi wasn't bad. I mean, it's not hard to tell that it was cgi, but it was cool to see on screen. I don't need hyper realistic cgi like on WandaVision or Stargirl as long as the cgi is either consistent, or constantly improving.

Seeing that Sara was gonna propose to Ava was so heartwarming! Sara deserves a happy ending after everything she's gone through. So happy for her and Ava!

Legends is known for being wacky and over the top, but they own it! The writers were able to turn something fans didn't seem to like into a full on comedy series that just so happens to feature superheroes, and just so happens to also be well written. It's not exactly a parody of itself, but even if it is, it's at least fun and enjoyable. Welcome back, Legends! We missed you so much!
