No Mortal Kombat took place. Very bland. Characters were bad. Script was horrible. The beginning was good, but after that.. I lost interest. I would compare this to a very cheap knockoff on Netflix.. hell.. the 90s version of this is by far waaayyyy better, and that was corny as hell.. I should've got paid to watch this. Very disappointing. Long time fan of the franchise. This is an insult to Mortal Kombat.
