I know I said earlier I understand, why the network decided to renew the show. But still, this was the perfect way to end the series. Every stories were wrapped up. No loose ends, and all they needed to, was maybe have a TV movie to close the finale chapter completely. Previous episodes, were last minutes « tidying ups ». And Zankou was a stellar vilain, with Oded Fehr giving it complexity. He was charismatic, relentless and purely evil. The big bad everything the Charmed ones went through, led them to. And the only one that had their perfect plan change entirely, for the best. Because it made them get their greatest wish in life. A fresh start, free of their past and obligations as the most powerful witches of their generation. Sheridan finally getting what she deserved, and Darryl back to being on the sister's good graces, as well as Prue helping in a way. Made this the best season/series finale the show, and its fans, could have ever dreamed of. Too bad it wasn't...
