Okay so I was watching the episode The Itchy & Scratchy & Poochie Show, and there was one minor part which caught my attention. It was when Jasper mistook Bart for being a girl. Bart's response is him asking if Jasper was blind, to which he said yes. I think that response carries some deeper meaning, as Bart himself is voiced by a female. With that logic, I think it's fair to Jasper that a blind person would mistake Bart for being a girl, as his only point of reference about him seems to be his voice, which is indeed coming from a girl.
You know, after thinking about this for a while, this might actually be the reason why Great Aunt Greta keeps mistaking Horrid Henry for him being a girl, because Henry's voice is also done by one as well.
